Just a quick “hi” to introduce myself – and also take the opportunity to say thank you to all the people from Sparkle for inviting me to write for you.

My name is Kevin Sage and over the last few years I’ve had my fair share of challenges… the last being the ITV1 hit show the Biggest Loser and winning by losing 9 and a half stone in 16 weeks – over 40% of my body mass!

I still can’t believe it myself and have been actively trying to help others with the same problems I had- and that sometimes pop back in my life to haunt me.

At the end of the day yes I achieved something quite wonderful but I am still human and can still do the wrong thing…. we are all learning about this stuff – so lets do it together…

One of my best friends told me about Sparkle because she has also started writing on here too… I met her on the Biggest Loser and of course I’m talking about Michaela.

We kind of really drive each other mad and wind each other up but still we get each other which is kinda cool.

The most important lesson I learned was that it’s not all about the calories. It’s a mind thing because if that’s not right – the world isn’t. Our heads have to be in the right frame of mind in order to pass through life successfully.

Whether it be fitness, wellbeing, love, music, books, entertainment , games, friendship or travel these are some of the fundamental things that drive us.

So when I heard about this site I just had to get involved.

Sparkle has all these things and more there is nothing like it… The more you see it the more addictive it becomes… with fantastic friendships that will last for years.

“Everything Is Possible”

So we are going to work hard for you to bring you some great stuff and have a lot of fun along the way….

I have a real guilty pleasure and that is computer games I love em and will be writing straight forward reviews of the latest adventures across all formats including some retro memories that started a whole generation of gamers.

Music is also a big passion of mine too having worked as a DJ and Radio Presenter for over twenty years, so we are currently working on a new Sparkle top-secret project to mix all these things together… its going to be great trust me….

Well that’s just the tip of the ice burg there’s a lot we gotta learn about each other and I hope we will all become great friends.

Remember what I said about if your minds not right…. This is how things are gonna start to change for us….

Well I will close now …..its good to meet you all and the best thing is that this is just the start……
